Dear Patients and Referrers,

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND OUR CLINIC if you have:
-
a temperature higher than 38°C, fever, chills or symptoms of acute respiratory infection in the preceding 72 hours;
-
been a known contact of a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19;
-
tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days; or
-
been to a specified location and are subject to the relevant requirements as outlined in the Cross Border Travel Direction.

The safety and welfare of people in our hospital and health services during the COVID-19 pandemic means there are some restrictions for visitors.
​
To ensure the safety and welfare of our patients, we ask that anyone attending Pennington Eye Clinic be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 and will need to show a certificate on arrival. If you have not received your first dose, we will require proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of your appointment.
